Shipping Carrier
As a verified PayPal merchant, we ship exclusively through USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Once your order is shipped, we will email you with a tracking number, which you can use at usps.gov to track your shipment. Please understand that, as a small family-owned business, we do not offer multiple shippers or overnight delivery.

Will-Call for Hays, KS
If you live or work in the Hays, KS area and would like to pick up your order yourself, please select the "Hays, KS-Will Call" shipping option on the order form and shipping charges will not be added to your order. We will notify you when your order is ready to be picked up.

Multiple Addresses
Our current shopping cart system can handle only one shipping address per order. If you would like to ship items to more than one address, you can either place separate orders for each address, or email us with the order details and complete shipping information and we will send you a total price for the merchandise and shipping.

Order Fulfillment
Because all of our products are homemade, some items may not be available for immediate shipment. We will ship as much of your order as is available within three days of receiving your payment and notify you of any items on back-order. (If paying by check, I must allow time for check to clear before shipping.) At this point, you would have the option to cancel that portion of your order for a full refund (minus any shipping charges already incurred). If a product is completely out of stock, you will be notified and that portion of your order will be refunded (minus any shipping charges already incurred).

Holiday Delivery
if you're shopping for the holidays, plese make sure your order is placed before December 15th to ensure USPS delivery before the holidays begin. You may still place orders after this date, but there is a chance that your items may not arrive in time for Christmas, especially given the higher volume the USPS receives at that time of year. We thank you for your understanding.

Wholesale
Wholesale pricing is available for orders of 20 items or more. Please email us for more information.
